If you received your order and a product is not to your liking you have 14 business days to claim your return. Please send an email to our support team at customerservice@needen.com with the subject "RETURNS" and provide the information listed below. Please be aware, we do not accept returns which were customized. We also recommend to all our customers to check all products before any manipulation, once item is used/printed we are not able to accept this item back in our warehouse and in this case we are not going to process with exchange or refund.
